Welcome to Conquer The Canyon and Team a.i.m. Below is an overview of the inclusions and itinerary for our adventure to Grand Canyon. Please note that we are still making a few final adjustments and my slightly change the order of events that are listed below. The program will include everything you see below.

Pre-adventure Preparation...

Expert Training and Preparation. Conquer The Canyon and The Walking Connection have successfully led thousands of hikers into, out of and around Grand Canyon - SAFELY! As part of Team a.i.m. you'll receive a comprehensive online training program and schedule, newsletters and information that will fully prepare you for the rigors of your Grand Canyon adventure.

Guided hikes and a planned adventure itinerary. Grand Canyon is one of the most recognizable and important adventure destinations in the world. Conquer The Canyon provides a comprehensive adventure itinerary filled with just about everything you need to enjoy a fun, safe and memorable experience. Our expert Grand Canyon guides will see to it.

Fundraising support. From your own web page to the helpful staff and fundraising guidance from Team a.i.m. so your fundraising will be rewarding and successful.

While in Arizona...

A fabulous Mission Celebration weekend. Your custom Arizona adventure itinerary includes ground transportation, hotel accommodations, expert Grand Canyon guides, most meals, pre-and post-hike activities, and much more.

An unforgettable experience. You will work hard to prepare yourself for this incredible journey and while you experience Arizona, you will know you are making a difference in the lives of those who are deeply affected by the challenges life has presented to them.

Itinerary Overview

Many of the planned activities are organized according to availability, events or seasonal dates, appropriate weather conditions, schedules of hosts, or the discretion of our guides. We make every effort to provide the experience described in the itinerary with the understanding that some things may change.

Day One - Arrive Arizona - Valley Of The Sun .

•Arrive in Phoenix
•Transfer to hotel (included)
•Managers reception with drinks and snacks (included)
•Dinner on own

(Overnight Phoenix/Scottsdale)

Day Two - Arizona Journey

Travel through the Sonoran Desert to the Red Rock Country of Sedona, through Oak Creek Canyon and onto Grand Canyon.

•Travel from Phoenix to Sedona (included)
•Self-guided hike and picnic lunch in Sedona and Red Rock State Park. (included)
•Travel from Sedona to Grand Canyon (included)
•Park entry & visit to Grand Canyon Rim (included)
•Mission Inspiration Dinner (included)

Day Three - Hike Day - Grand Canyon

Conquer The Canyon offers a wide range of trails for your Grand Canyon adventure. While each of the hikes offers differing views and varying degrees of difficulty, all provide an exciting adventure in Grand Canyon National Park. You and your team will have the rare experience of hiking with a Grand Canyon expert guide.

•Guided hike in Grand Canyon (7-9 hour hike)
•Mission Celebration Dinner (included)

Day Four - Grand Canyon To Page, AZ To Walnut Canyon Monument

Early departure for Page, Arizona and our Colorado River River Float Adventure. Our "calm water" float will stop to view amazing petroglyphs and lunch. Our guide will detail the history, the past cultures of people who have traveled this route and teach us about the geology of the gorge as it changes from Glen Canyon into Grand Canyon. Visit Walnut Canyon National Monument for a short hike and self-guided tour of the fascinating cliff dwellings.

•Entry into Walnut Canyon National Monument
•Dinner on your own in Flagstaff

Day Five - Flagstaff to Phoenix
