Conquer The Canyon®

Most "Conquer" hikes DO NOT COST YOU ANYTHING, but they are NOT FREE!

Here's how it works! You raise critical funds for one of our Non-Profit Partners! When you reach the minimum required, they reward you with a fantastic hiking adventure!

It's that simple. They'll even help you raise the money and we'll train you and provide you with an incredible adventure at one of our world class destinations like The Grand Canyon, The Inca Trail in Peru, Rincon de la Vieja Volcano in Costa Rica and more!

When you join one of our .ORG Partners, here's a sample of what you can expect.

Expert Training and Preparation. Conquer The Canyon and The Walking Connection have successfully led thousands of hikers into, out of and around Grand Canyon - SAFELY! We'll provide you with a comprehensive online schedule, newsletters and information that will fully prepare you for the rigors of your Grand Canyon adventure.

Guided hikes and a planned adventure itinerary. Grand Canyon is one of the most recognizable and important adventure destinations in the world. Conquer The Canyon provides a comprehensive adventure itinerary filled with just about everything you need to enjoy a fun, safe and memorable experience. Our expert Grand Canyon guides will see to it.

A fabulous Mission Celebration weekend. Your custom Arizona adventure itinerary includes ground transportation, hotel accommodations, expert Grand Canyon guides, most meals, pre-and post-hike activities, and much more.

An unforgettable experience. You will work hard to prepare yourself for this incredible journey and while you experience Arizona, you will know you are making a difference in the lives of those who are deeply affected by the challenges life has presented to them.

Sample Team Adventure Itinerary and Inclusions

Day One - Arrive Arizona - Valley Of The Sun (Overnight Phoenix/Scottsdale).

Day Two - Arizona Journey - Travel through the Sonoran Desert to the Red Rock Country of Sedona where you will enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes. We continue the journey through narrow Oak Creek Canyon, up the Mogollon Rim, through the Ponderosa pine forest and high desert plateau to Grand Canyon! After an Overview visit you'll check into your hotel and this evening enjoy a Mission Inspiration Dinner. (Overnight Grand Canyon).

Day Three - Hike Day - Spend the day walking and hiking Grand Canyon. (Overnight Grand Canyon).

Conquer The Canyon offers a wide range of trails you Grand Canyon adventure. While each of the hikes offers differing views and varying degrees of difficulty, all provide an exciting adventure in Grand Canyon National Park. During your adventure, you and your team will have the rare experience of hiking with a Grand Canyon expert guide. While most visitors average just eighteen minutes viewing the canyon, you'll visit it three times and spend at least 7 - 10 hours exploring it from every angle.

Day Four - Grand Canyon Sunrise - Begin your final day with an optional sunrise visit to Grand Canyon before you begin your trip south and head back to the Valley Of The Sun and points beyond.
